Construction Superintendent (m/f), Amritsar in Amritsar, Punjab

Your tasks:
- Ensure safety and quality control requirements at your sites and with your crew
- Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by the Construction Manager /Project Manager
- Schedule and manage subcontractors and materials delivery
- Responsible for ensuring all aspectsof tower maintenance, installation and testing are completed according to requirements and follow all safety procedures
- Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew.
- Must have experience with lighting repairs and maintenance, microwave antenna and line installation, path alignment, tower installation/decommission and equipment operation
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in an operational condition at all times
- Compile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort
- Coordinate with customer representative for site related activities and maintain a good working relationship with customer representative
- Provide leadership, guidance and actively train/promote learning to all crew members
Your skills:
- Three to five years industry experience as a Foreman
- Recognize and provide a safe work site with acceptable quality and efficiency
- Organizational,computer and communication skills
- Must be able to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings and scopes of work
- Ability to lead, teach and train proper work and safety procedures
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with company motor vehicle policy
