Teamcouncil Education Manager / Education Officer (TEAM) The Educational Advisory Members Council (teamcouncil.com) is a CSR partner of (NICE) National Institute for Career Education (niceducation.org), which was setup in 1988 and registered by Delhi Administration, Govt. of India for making policies and planning at national level to meet the urgent requirements of career education and bridge the gap between degrees and career competencies. NICE has developed authentic, appropriate and effective pedagogical tools, learning management system and career assessment technology, helpful in career planning and improving chances of success in life. It has launched a Career Achievement Programme (CAP) and is planning to develop nationwide network of professionally trained Career Education Advisors so that authentic and impartial guidance can be provided to students at their career building stages. Education Manager / Education Officer Job Code: TM Punjab Job Location:  Amritsar, Bathinda, Chandigarh, Gobindgarh, Gurdaspur, Jalandhar, Jalandhar Cantt, Kapurthala, Kharar, Ludhiana, Mansa, Nabha, Pathankot, Rajpura Job Description:  There is no target. Your work will be (a) to provide career education services to students and adults, (b) prepare study contents and provide telenet subject support and (c) to create, manage and work in a team. Your first appointment will be as an Education Advisor but you'll be promoted quickly to upper hierarchy depending on your performance and team resourcefulness. Remuneration: You'll get fixed income + attractive incentives + lifelong financial security benefits which is based on your position. Your expected income will be for Education Advisor (Rs 8,750), Education Officer (Rs 36,650), Education Manager (Rs 1,50,050) and Education Director (Rs 6,68,450) per month. Lifelong financial security benefits: Due to unfortunate circumstances like critical illness, disability or after demise, when an Advisor can't work, there is a provision to get regular money directly transferred in bank account of self or dependent family member. Selection Process: Your selection will be on the basis of telephonic interview, skill test and Work Attitude Assessment. If found suitable, you'll get online training as a Career Development Professional from NICE. Next give online test, get Appointment offer letter + ID card and start working to receive fixed remuneration from the same month.
