Manager Education (m/f), Amritsar in Amritsar, Punjab

Your tasks:
- Establishes relationships and cultivates potential partnerships with community, government, and business organizations
- Manages program quantity and quality with keen attention to detail
- Organizes and implements successful one-day and weekly programs by partnering businesses and schools with one another
- Attends community events, as requested to do so, in order to network and cultivate relationships with current and prospective volunteers, school and after-school sites
- Assists the events and development teams with other efforts, including, but not limited to, identifying new prospects for funding and volunteer sources
- Develops and implements recruitment, scheduling, and training of volunteers, including class visits and company information sessions
- Meets with current and prospective school/after-school partners to promote participation in the organization’s educational programming
- Maintains a database of educational and business partners
- Researches and identifies new corporate partners for participation in programs held both at schools and after-school or corporate sites
Your skills:
- Polished presentation style and a keen eye for detail
- Established relationships with decision-makers
- Three to five years of experience with building community and business partnerships
- Strong interpersonal and excellent oral/written communication skills
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
