Office Coordinator (m/f), Amritsar in Amritsar, Punjab

Your tasks:
- Coordinate activities with other supervisory personnel or with other work units or departments
- Plan layouts of stockrooms, warehouses, or other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, or related factors pertaining to items stored
- Recruit, interview, and select employees- Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems
- Discuss work problems or grievances with union representatives
- Develop work schedules according to budgets and workloads
- Compute figures such as balances, totals, or commissionsYour skills:
- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Conducting tests andinspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
- Using scientific rules and methods to solve problems
- Actively looking for ways to help people
- Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes
- Monitoring/assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
