Sales Consultant (m/f), Amritsar in Amritsar, Punjab

Your tasks:
- Provide regular two-way communication between the customer and management, to provide strong team representation and set proper customer expectations
- Understand company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offerings to the customer
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information and communications
- Assist with post-sale issues including, but not limited to, training/implementation, support issues, software functionality, customer care issues
- Host weekly product demonstration Webinars
- Follow up on leads to gather background information and requirements
- Adhere to prescribed sales operational requirements & company policy
- Cultivate leads to initiate trials or sales
- Help customer develop and meet implementation goals
Your skills:
- Ability to present a product in an effective, professional manner
- Minimum of 3 years experience as anAccount Representative
- Strong presentation and relationship building skills
- Proven account management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally toaccomplish objectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
