Audit Manager (m/f), Amritsar in Amritsar, Punjab

Your tasks:
- Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships and shares information gained with co-workers
- Conduct interviews, reviews documents, develops and administers surveys, composes summary memos, and prepares working papers
- As necessary, responsible for selection and effective management of internal audit staff or resources provided by third party organizations
- Supports team and department initiatives through effective collaboration with other internal audit staff and quality department auditors
-On a global basis, establish and maintain productive relationships with organizational management and staff as required
- Provide or assist in providing training, coaching, and guidance to internal audit staff in conducting audits and other related issues as needed
- Ensure timely communication of findings and recommendations via written reports and oral presentations to management, monitoring remediation of issues and performing validation procedures as required
- Represents internal audit on organizational project teams, at management meetings and with external organizations
- Identifies andevaluates the organizations risk areas and provides major input to the development of the annual audit plan
- Develop value add recommendations promoting continued maturity of organizational processes in line with the strategic objectives of the organization
Your skills:
- Must be comfortable discussing issues and presenting recommendations to management
- Ability to adapt approach to effectively communicate to individuals at a variety of levels across a global organization
- Extensive skill in planning, project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multipledeliverables
- Applies sound judgment and common sense when making decisions
- Knowledge of management information systems terminology, concepts and practices
- Extensive process and controls background based on experience working in a variety of environments with exposure to global organizations
-Considerable skill using a computer with word processing, spreadsheets and other business software to prepare reports, memos, summaries and analysis is required
- Skill in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems, interpreting policies and procedures, legal documents, and technical reference material and drawing logical conclusions
- Considerable knowledge of industry program policies, procedures, regulations and laws
- Considerable knowledge of the Standards for Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and Code of Ethics developed by the Institute of Internal Auditors
- Attentive to details and assumes accountability for actions
